Careers

The career model of Volz Innovation GmbH follows the career model of strategy consultancies. There are typically two paths of joining our great team.

Master Students
You already have a bachelors degree of a leading school and are among the Top 1% of your class. Your excellence is validated by awards that you have received as part of your studies or elsewhere.

We offer you the opportunity of a payed internship or a 40% job parallel to your studies. You will work from our office in Karlsruhe and take over tasks such as customer interviews, prepare presentations, evaluate products and other analytical tasks that we conduct on a client project.

Seasoned Professionals
You have an advanced degree in business and/or engineering and have worked at least two years in a management consulting company or corporate research and engineering position. Your engineering skills are well documented and you are interested in business-related questions. You are willing to travel extensively for several months per year.
